Back on Dec.5, 2008 in Mesquite, NV  Coach KC Carter's Induction into the Minor League Football Hall of Fame was a long time coming. After 24 years in Minor League Football, 10 years as a player, 10 years as a Head Coach, 3 years as an Asst. Coach, 2 years as a Commissioner, and 1 year as an Asst. Commissioner. His football coaching career starts back as far as youth football in 1986. He has made stops at the middle school level and Asst. at the high school level. He has  spent time in Women's Pro Tackle Football as well. He also was the first Minor league football coach in the city of Indianapolis to hit the pages of  Indianapolis Monthly Magazine. He has be interviewed by Associated Press in Tennessee. He has been on local new stations from time to time  as well as in the Indianapolis Star and News. He is one of three coaches in the Minor League Football Hall of Fame from the state of Indiana and the only one to be of color. To be the First Black Minor League Football Coach from our City of Indianapolis and State of Indiana is like a dream." This puts all my championships as a player to the side and moves all my division championships and conference championships as a coach right next to them". I would just like to say thanks to God and my mother and my wife as well as Dick Suess and the MLFN board, the players and my old coaching staff.   I would have to say this was a fun year for me. My team went 9 and 3 to finish the season and lost in the semi finals in double overtime 18-24 to go to advance to the league championship.
